As your energy partner, your INSIGHT advisor will submit your load to several energy suppliers to competitively bid for your business. The bids will be compiled for your review with a recommendation to either move forward with a supplier or hold for another round of bidding on another day. Our process takes the hassle out of energy shopping and ultimately finds the best deal available.
Initiating audit load pattern and utility bill
Your current utility bill and meter readings will help INSIGHT find any unusual patterns or anomalies important to securing a supply deal at the best possible price. A signed Letter of Authorization (LOA) will allow your advisor to request your meter reads. INSIGHT will then use proprietary models and procedures to search for data gaps and electric usage patterns that may trigger pricing anomalies. We will make sure your current utility bill makes sense given your electric usage. We will search your electric usage to find negotiating points that could justify a lower supply price.
Monitoring the energy markets for price targets
Our proprietary database will track market movements against your price targets. It will alert your advisor to trigger a new request for bids. To get the lowest price possible, it is important to search the market over time rather than taking the best available price at the end of a contract term. Constantly monitoring the market to achieve a target price gives our clients valuable market INSIGHT.
