Each INSIGHT client uses electricity differently from the other.  We will work to understand how you generally use electricity to ensure our proposed strategy considers all factors that may be useful in pricing and negotiations.  For example, if your electric usage is constant throughout the day and night we can negotiate a better rate than if you have all daytime usage.

Evaluating your rate structure risk tolerances
INSIGHT clients are typically surprised to learn the variety of rate structures available to contract with a supplier.  Our advisors will help you understand industry concepts such as “swing bands” and “heat rates” so we can find the best structure to suit your energy needs and tolerance for market risk.

Understanding the terms of your electric service
Before we discuss your future goals our Advisor would like to know about your past experience.  Do you currently have a contract?  What aspects of the contract would you like to revise?  Would you like to disqualify a supplier from our bid process because of past experience?  These kinds of questions will help us focus on directly filling your needs.

Your satisfaction is our goal.  We want to know your goals.  We want to know what price you would like to pay for electric service.  Our experts will watch the market for the right time to strike a deal.  As your contract expiration approaches we will consider critical dates by which price targets may need to be adjusted.  Your price targets and dates will be entered into our proprietary database to ensure proper price and date notifications.
